Got to thinking about the strenth of
the sun last weekend when I had a Goldilocks experience. I sat on a chair in my backyard,
fortunately it was a sand chair and low to the ground, the ground that my butt hit as the mesh
ripped out from under me, CREEK. No, I do not have a big butt!
It looked like the sun had just
burned up the canvas of the chair. I didn't give it that much thought at first but then I
moved on to a lounge chair, made myself comfy with my magazine and ice tea, only to hear CREEK,
CREEK as the mesh on that chair split.
I got up and moved onto the last
bastian of relaxation, my never fail hammock. I got in, yup you guesed it, CREEK, CREEK,
CREEK! I jumped out just in time to save myself before the rope gave
way! And I
thought, if the sun can do this to the furniture imagine what it's doing to our
skin.
So the moral of this story is not,
buy new outdoor furniture, it's get some Neutrogena Ultimate
Sport 70 sunblock! And get your tan from a cancer free tube. Jergens Natural
Glow goes on like a smooth moisturizer and is so gradual that in a few says you'll
pass a mirror and say 'hey I got tan.'
